90 Day Warranty

We guarantee your happiness! If for any reason your product does not live up to your expectations, or if the product fails  due to manufacturing defects within 90 of delivery of your purchase, contact us! We're happy to offer warranty replacements for items purchased on our website or from the Apple Store.

Returns and Replacements

If you encounter a problem with an item and would like to request a replacement, and you purchased the product on our website follow these steps to submit a return request:

  1. Log into our store, then go to My Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
  3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
    • Quantity to return
    • Return reason
    • Return action
    • Comments
  4. Click Submit Return Request.
  5. You will be given instructions on how to return the  product. For warranty issues Power Support will pay for return postage or give you directions on how to dispose of the product. The buyer will be responsible for return postage for non-warranty returned items.

Refunds will be given, through your original form of payment, for unopened, unused products when they are returned.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A picture of the issue if possible
  • A copy of your proof of purchase or your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase
  • Your full name, shipping address and telephone number

Apple Store Returns

If you bought our product at the Apple Store and need to return the item please contact the store where you bought the item. Apple stores usually accepts returns up to 15 days after the purchase. If they ask you to contact Power Support then email Support@powersupportintl.com with the following information so we can help you as quickly as possible:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A picture of the issue if possible
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • Order or customer number if applicable
  • Your full name, shipping address and telephone number
