Shipping FAQ

How soon do you ship orders?

All products that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours of approval of payment.

How can I tell if my order has been shipped?

To track the status of your order Click the My Account link at the top right of our site to track your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that contacts your FedEx or USPS tracking number. You can also find the tracking numbers by checking your status in My Account.

If some of my purchases are marked as “FREE SHIPPING” how are my shipping costs calculated?

When items marked for free shipping are combined with items not eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost of the eligible item is deducted from the total shipping amount. 

Orders that choose "FREE SHIPPING" are sent using USPS First Class or USPS First Class International. Note that USPS First Class International packages are NOT TRACKED. If you want to be able to track your package choose FedEx or USPS Priority.

If my order is over $40 can I get free shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada?

Yes, all orders that total at least $40 are eligible for free shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada. Simply check the “Free Shipping” option during check out. Your order will be shipped using US Postal Service First Class Mail.

My order is eligible for free shipping but I need the order right away. Can I pay for a faster delivery service?

Yes, when you are checking out you will be asked which shipping service you would like. If you are eligible for free shipping that option will be visible but you can choose a different, faster service. The shipping options and the price for shipping your order are listed during check out. Choose the option that best meets your needs.

Will FedEx ship to a PO Box?

NO! FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Do you ship to my State or Provence?

We ship to all locations in the USA and Canada.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most locations worldwide but there are few places we may not reach. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account” link at the top of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries we unfortunately cannot ship to your country at this time.

How fast will my order arrive?

That depends on where you live, when you ordered and what service you picked. Our blog post Where is my order? Guidelines and answers about shipping your order goes into more detail on this. But remember that we ship from Seattle, Washinton, Monday through Friday. If you order late in the day on Friday your order may not be shipped till Monday.

Do you calculate custom charges and Value Added Taxes (VAT)

Packages shipped to countries outside of the United States generally pass through customs. The VAT and customs charges change from country to country and these charges on collected on delivery. Power Support has no way to calculate these local taxes and handling fees. Generally most orders fall below the VAT threshold but since we cannot calculate local VAT we cannot estimate what you may be asked to pay. Some international customers choose to break up large orders to keep the total package price low enough to pass through their local customs without paying a high customs fee or VAT.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS 

Why do some orders outside of the USA take longer than expected?

United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class International shipping is the most economical option for deliveries outside of the USA.

Please NOTE: USPS FIRST CLASS DOES NOT track the package after it leaves the USA and delivery can take up to 30 days in some countries. International deliveries vary because the package carriers do not account for time in customs. This varies from country to country

Packages that are shipped to countries outside of the United States via USPS Fist Class are usually tracked until they arrive at the local customs. 

If you want to track your international package choose USPS Priority or FedEx.

International packages that are shipped using our FREE SHIPPING are sent USPS First Class. 

When a package is delivered to a country outside of the United States by USPS, by treaty, the package is transferred to the local postal services. According to prior arrangements with the USPS there is no extra charge for local delivery.

HOWEVER, not all countries have a reciprocal delivery agreement with the USPS and these local postal services MAY ad an additional charge for local delivery.

Power Support has no way to calculate these local delivery charges.

Insurance for USPS International Packages

Packages that are shipped via USPS International will be automatically insured for delivery and damage. This fee as already been added to your shipping costs.

For damaged products contact us at support@powersupportintl.com immediately with proof of the damage, such as photos or proof from your postal service.

For undelivered orders please note that a delivery may take up to 30 days in some countries. See above. If your package has not been delivered after 30 days please contact us at support@powersupportintl.com and we will investigate the issue. If you have not received your product after 45 days we will process a claim and send out a new product.
