Bright sunny days and glaring overhead lighting should not prevent you from taking your new 2016 MacBook Pro 13-inch anywhere you want. This amazing computer has the brightest, most colorful Mac notebook retina display ever. It features brighter LED backlighting with an increased contrast ratio, delivering deeper blacks and brighter whites. Power Support’s Anti-Glare Film for the MacBook Pro 13-inch for 2016 dramatically reduces screen glare and hotspots, giving you a clear view of the truer-to-life images that realistically display vivid details, essential for graphic design, color grading, and editing. This is the first Mac notebook to support wide color, for even more vibrant greens and reds and you want a film that prevents glare while letting the vivid images shine through.
Power Support engineers have developed the best anti-glare film available for the MacBook Pro that also protects your screen from dirt, dust and scratches. Dust and dirt can be cleaned off, (we suggest WHHOSH! Screen Shine) but a ding, a chip or a scratch will permanently mar and deface your MacBook Pro’s screen. You will never be able to fix a scratch on the screen’s surface. Scratches and chips also weaken the surface of your glass. They may not cause the screen to crack, but a scratch will make a crack more likely. Dust is temporary, but a scratch is forever. The hard surface treatment resists scratches, fingerprints and dirt. If the film gets dirty simply wipe clean. This does not mean it is impossible to get a fingerprint on the screen. It means that the dirt and oils found naturally on your fingers and hands do not adhere to or penetrate the hard coating of the film making it easy to clean.
Easy to Apply
Unlike some screen films that require an elaborate and messy application process or a special applicator operated by store personnel, Power Support’s Anti-glare Film™ is easy to apply. Our Rip In Place (RIP)™ screen protector application technology (see instructions below) makes it easy to apply the film. Our film is not “glued” to the screen, but clings. This makes it easy to remove and re-attach the film or remove unwanted lint and dust during application.
The Anti-Glare Film for MacBook Pro 13-inch for 2016-2017 clearly protects your screen’s surface while reducing glare.

Rip In Place (RIP)™ screen protector application
Our Rip In Place (RIP)™ screen protector application technology is designed to help you cleanly and accurately apply the screen protector. You will notice there are two notches in the film's backing. This backing has been molecularly designed to rip in a straight line and produce no dust or fine particles. Now you can line up the screen protector and secure it in place before attaching the entire film on to the screen.
Always attach new Power Support screen protector film in a clean, dust free environment.
Using the provided cloth, carefully remove dirt and dust from the MacBook screen surface.
Pick up the film and find the two cuts or notches along the side of the film backing. Carefully peel and remove the single center strip of the film backing.
Carefully align the film onto the surface of the MacBook Pro. Let the center, exposed strip adhere to the surface of the screen.
If the film is not perfectly aligned with the screen lift up on the left side till the film has detached from the screen and re-align the film.
Once the film is properly aligned, adhere the center portion of the film to the screen. Then remove the film backing on the left side and adhere the film on the left side to the MacBook Pro screen.
Now remove the remaining, larger portion, of the film backing and apply he remaining film to the MacBook Pro screen.
Trapped dust and air bubbles
Trapped air bubble can be gently pushed to the edge of the film with your fingers and the included micro fiber cleaning cloth. Most bubbles will work themselves out in 24 to 48 hours.
Trapped dust and dirt particles can be removed by lifting up the corner of the film closest to the dust speck. Use a piece of tape, such as scotch tape, and press the tape on the top of the film and carefully lift. Using another piece of tap lift the dust up off the screen or the back of the film.
